I heard about the Poland Roofing team from my friend who used them. I had them come out after a wind storm and based on the damage I filed a claim with my insurance. The insurance company tried to replace my siding with a few pieces that didn't match the color and open-boxed shingles from 20 years ago. The Poland Roofing team advised that it was against Ohio law and told me to contact the Ohio Department of Insurance. I had to do some leg work, but it was worth it in the long run. Once ODI was contacted, a supervisor at the insurance company contacted me and said I would get a full replacement.Poland Roofing and Siding knows their stuff and empowered me with the knowledge to be an advocate for myself. The work is great and my house looks brand new!Highly recommended!

We had Brandon, Geoff and both the crews to redo our siding and later our roof. Dealing with them was very easy and they were available to take a call or returned calls within 24 hours. There were some communication hiccups, but overall they were on top of it. Services matched the services quoted. Any work done that we brought to their attention as needing a look was remedied.Before the siding work, their foreman came over for an initial eyes-on for the job and made some suggestions for us that would allow them to make a large section look more clean and elegant, which we did and he was right.Crews were working all day, never came inside one time even though we made the bathroom available to them. Quiet, respectful and high quality work.I would recommend them to anyone for this kind of work.

Several of our siding pieces were damaged in a late winter wind storm. After getting ghosted by several other companies, working with Poland was a relief - Brandon was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. The work was done quickly and they were able to correct some major oversights from our builder (siding was not properly nailed, Hardie siding was splotchy in areas, and they didn't use galvanized nails on our window trim).After a string of bad luck, it's a nice change of pace to work with someone who really cares and provides a high level of service.
