We Get It

A Roof Problem Is Stressful Enough

A leak after a storm, a ceiling stain that keeps spreading, an aging roof you know is on borrowed time. The last thing you need is a door-knocking salesman pressuring you, or a cut-rate crew that subs the job out to unlicensed labor and leaves you with a roof that leaks again in two years. That is not how we work.

The Storm-Chaser

Out-of-town trucks, high pressure, gone by next season.

The Cheap Bid

Subbed to unlicensed labor, fails inspection, costs more later.

The Runaround

Nobody answers when the leak comes back.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. So far so good! Brandon and Ian were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Left to my own devices, the insurance process would have taken a month or more instead of a few days.

There were delays due to bad weather and they promptly reached out to reschedule. I also really appreciated the lack of pushy upselling for gutters, etc. It was as pleasant of an experience that replacing a roof could be.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Well where do I start , IAN is a blessing from God . I was working on my yard when he just happened to be visiting a friend and noticed I had some shingles missing on my roof. At first I figured it was some sales pitch (trying to get my money kind of stuff) but he was actually able to show me from different angles where they were missing from and just when I figured well "now what" he was willing to talk to my insurance company and got it solved and taken care of for me.

The crew came and handled business quick in and out , they are knowledgeable of what they are doing and what they have and they cleaned up after I mean spotless couldn't even tell they where here.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. PRC was great to work with, I had to file a claim with my insurance and with being a new homeowner I didn't know where to start, Ian and Bradon helped me through the whole process and made it so seamless! The work they did as well was magnificent the materials and workmanship is top notch! I would highly recommend anyone looking for an honest contractor to give PRC a call!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I heard about the Poland Roofing team from my friend who used them. I had them come out after a wind storm and based on the damage I filed a claim with my insurance. The insurance company tried to replace my siding with a few pieces that didn't match the color and open-boxed shingles from 20 years ago. The Poland Roofing team advised that it was against Ohio law and told me to contact the Ohio Department of Insurance. I had to do some leg work, but it was worth it in the long run. Once ODI was contacted, a supervisor at the insurance company contacted me and said I would get a full replacement.
Poland Roofing and Siding knows their stuff and empowered me with the knowledge to be an advocate for myself. The work is great and my house looks brand new!
Highly recommended!
