I had them come out after a wind storm and based on the damage I filed a claim with my insurance. The insurance company tried to replace my siding with a few pieces that didn't match the color and open-boxed shingles from 20 years ago. The Poland Roofing team advised that it was against Ohio law and told me to contact the Ohio Department of Insurance. I had to do some leg work, but it was worth it in the long run. Once ODI was contacted, a supervisor at the insurance company contacted me and said I would get a full replacement.Poland Roofing and Siding knows their stuff and empowered me with the knowledge to be an advocate for myself.
